If you've only just booked in a delivery and you want to make a tweak or cancel you can get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Unfortunately, if you've ordered a bouquet, or another handcrafted gift, and it's already been made up and sent out, we can't cancel or change it. We might be able to help if you're sending something that isn't freshly made (like a plant, or a hamper) but please get in touch at least 48 hours before the delivery date. The more time you can give us to help the better, especially at busy times like Valentine's, Mother's Day and Christmas.
While we can’t always guarantee changes for overseas deliveries, we’ll do everything we can to help. Just get in touch with us as soon as possible before your delivery date.
